The inside of the front cover and both sides of the back cover are blank.
Two colors of cover paper are known to have been used: dark red and purple. A cover has been digitally created in two versions to closely resemble the original cover. One version has a background that simulates the dark red paper (front cover shown at left), and another version has a background that simulates the purple paper. Blank cover pages are also provided for printing the other cover pages. |
